Who We Are

We are a community of worshippers, longing to dive deep into the presence of God and minister to His heart (Deut.10:8).

We are a resource and partner to our city and communities. This meeting place is a source of community, training, creativity and innovation.

We realize that as “living stones”, we are being built into a spiritual house, assembled into a sanctuary for God, knowing that sanctuaries are meeting places between God and people. In this place of meeting, we encounter His presence, and in His presence there is joy, healing, repentance, salvation, freedom, growth, pruning and transformation.

Why Worship In A Round?

What would happen if the stage disappeared and we were all together, in unity, at eye level, able to see God moving in each other? The divide is gone. We are not coming to be entertained, but coming together with one goal, one heart…to ascribe Jesus’ worth.

Some of the most connecting, communal, intimate moments happen around a circle…in your living room for life group, around a campfire, in a football huddle. We imagine that this is how Jesus taught as the crowds pressed into whatever space they could to hear and be near Him. Additionally, the Old Testament tabernacle, the meeting place of God's presence, was surrounded on all sides by the people of God.

The WACC was birthed during Covid, during a season of "What now, God?” This vision of a “new song”, a new space to lean in like never before, has become a place where God meets us over and over again.
